The apartment, 72 m2, is located in the new residential complex. It was divided into three rooms and two bathrooms with good proportions. All repairs are made in American classic style, with all the elements inherent in this style. Also, a large amount of LED lighting was installed up on the ceiling, in different niches.

Apartment renovation in the “Domashniy” Residential Complex in Lublino. The apartment of 70 m2 has a bedroom, a home office and a kitchen-studio, as well as a bathroom. The repair is made in a minimalism with main colors of white and black, track lights built into the ceiling are the main lighting, while chandeliers perform a decorative function. Additionally, the front wall, with hidden doors, is decorated with concrete-like plaster.

Residential Complex is located on Leningradsky Prospekt. The apartment of 72 m² is renovated in American classic style. As about the apartment features, the walls are painted with premium Intelligent Matt Emulsion paint, Little Greene with the color NCS S 0300-N. When you first get into the apartment, the walls seem white, but then you notice light beige shade in the stucco area looking closely at the junction of the ceiling and walls.

Repair works on the object were carried out from January to November 2019. Dismantling of the repair of the beginning of 2000 with the removal of the old screed was performed. As a result, the ceiling height was maximized. Project feature: beams on the ceiling passing through the entire apartment. We worked on the concept together with the designer.

Designer renovation of beauty salon in the Level Residential Complex, Amurskaya Ulitsa

The renovation is made in a combination of minimalism and elements of American classic style. 78 m2 of the apartment were divided into a kitchen-studio, a bedroom, a home office and two bathrooms

The apartment was designed for an elderly woman, therefore elements of Provence style were supplemented into the interior. According to the project, the apartment was divided into a living room with a kitchen area with sliding glass doors, bathroom finished with Mainzu porcelain tiles, a bedroom and a separate dressing room combined with a laundry room. A loggia with full circular insulation was attached to the kitchen as well.

The Apartment 67 m2 is located in Mikhailova Street in Moscow. The constructor started renovation with the final finishing made by the developer. The walls were completely dismantled and the floor was screeded. It was necessary according to the project. As always, the floor was soundproofed, which made it possible to make the bathrooms on the same level as the rest of the apartment. The apartment had a full range of renovation and work was completed on time. The result is a bright, spacious interior ready for use.

Introducing a new realized apartment. Danish Quarter Residential Complex Interiors are designed in scandinavian style with elements of minimalism and eco-style.
